Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Ingredients

Steak Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

Steak

2–3 lbs steak of choice (ribeye, sirloin, flank, or strip)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together all steak marinade ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Place the steak in a large resealable bag or shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated.

Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.

Remove the steak from the marinade and discard excess marinade.

Grill, pan-sear, or broil the steak to desired doneness, turning once during cooking.

Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
