Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper for extra heat
Optional: 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional seasonings until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Optional: For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.
Remove from oven and let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
