Peach Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

¾ cup sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

A pinch of salt

Instructions
Prepare the peaches
In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat for about 8–10 minutes until peaches are soft and juicy. Mash slightly and let cool completely.

Whip the cream
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Make the ice cream base
In another bowl, mix condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and most of the cooled peach mixture.

Combine
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture until smooth and fluffy.

Freeze
Pour into a freezer-safe container. Swirl the remaining peach mixture on top. Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm.

Serving Suggestions
Serve in bowls or cones

Top with caramel sauce, chopped nuts, or fresh peach slices

Pair with warm biscuits or cake for a complete dessert
