TATER TOT PIZZA CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 small onion, diced

1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

½ cup sliced pepperoni

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook meat: In a skillet, brown ground beef (or sausage) with onion. Drain grease and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Assemble: Spread meat in a greased 9×13 baking dish. Pour pizza sauce evenly over top.

Add cheese & tots: Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over sauce, layer tater tots, then top with remaining cheese and pepperoni.

Bake: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and tots are golden brown.
