8–10 fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup milk
1 large egg
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

1️⃣ Prepare cheesecake filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of cheesecake into each strawberry, using a piping bag or small spoon.

Mix flour, baking powder, milk, and egg until smooth.
Pour breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
